More evidence of “grade inflation”. People seem to think “B” means average, which used to be “C” so far as I remember. “B+” means just short of excellent (”A” being excellent). Obama, though, probably intends to be humble by saying he’s above average, in which case it should be “C+” instead of “B+”. Or perhaps he’s delusional and thinks he deserves to be just short of excellence.
