“#1 You appropriate “Christianity” to mean your version of creationist, fundamentalist Christianity, presuming that one cannot believe in Christianity and evolution.”

Nope... I even explain that in the post. Your fatal error is your failure to follow the logic.

“#2 You go into the realm of “creation science” by claiming a “full frontal assault on the Temple of Darwin” - which really is a barely veiled assault on centuries, even millenia of reason, research, and philosophy.”

You mean like climate scientists?

“or in Afghanistan religious fundamentalism must never achieve political dominance, because it destroys both faith and reason.”

Thus your reason for the reply: to try and equate modern-day Christianity and fundamentalist Christians with killers. Ah, the toys of the temple of Darwin.

I understand “creation science” logic better than “creation science” adherents.

“You mean like climate scientists?”

They are frauds just like “Creation scientists”. They are your brothers. “creation science” seeks to cloak itself in the credibility of intellectual giants that advanced man’s body of knowledge over hundreds and thousands of years. They use lies - just like “creation science” and they call it “science” for their own aims.

“Thus your reason for the reply: to try and equate modern-day Christianity and fundamentalist Christians with killers. Ah, the toys of the temple of Darwin.”

Thus you validate my first point - you appropriate “Christianity” with “fundamentalist Christians”.

If you point is that I think that a theocracy, whether it be Christian or Muslim would result in less freedom and more death - the answer is yes. Our founding fathers thought so too.
