Are you asking us to take him as an authority only when he agrees with you? If Jesus came in fulfillment of the Scriptures, which I am sure that we both agree to be true, those same Scriptures were written in the same Hebrew you claim he has special insight into. Can't you see your circular logic?
No, I take him as an authority because he speaks Hebrew and has a PhD.
Did you ever READ what he wrote? He does a great job of reconciling what Scripture says with what current scientific observations show without twisting either Scripture or science, snide remarks of the evos on that thread notwithstanding.
What problems do you have with his reasoning and conclusions?
