Via Jim Neidner at BlogTalk Radio. A lot of ink has been spilled, or bites used, as it were, railing against Cap and Tax. But the ghost of Christmas future in the form of Lord Monkton tells us that the real scourge of the left is the Copenhagen Treaty. If signed by Obama and ratified by the Senate, the treaty would subject our country to the tyranny of an unelected World Government that would control all businesses in the developed world and, in the process, bring our economy and our freedom to their knees. It’s pretty humiliating to have a gentleman of the realm point out international shortcomings about which our own legislators are embarrassingly silent (or ignorant). When Lord Monckton was on the Glenn Beck show last month, Ambassador James Bolton was another guest. When Lord M was warning of the dire consequences of Obama signing the Treaty of Copenhagen, Bolton tried to dilute the fears expressed by saying that the POTUS cannot sign any treaty unless it is ratified by congress.

With the present bunch of lily-livered wusses in DC the threat is still very real.
