I’m no JimBot, but I don’t understand your point. There is almost no discussion about Jim here — we discuss politics, current events, and what-not, but for the most part the board is pretty much NOT about the site owner.
However, while I disagree with Jim about some things, I strongly support his right to run the site however he wants. So am I a JimBot? I’m certainly one of the past Mitt supporters that is vilified, but I’ve never been banned even though I have never refrained from expressing my disagreement with whatever I disagreed with.
I’d like to think that’s because, except for specific threads where the point is to engage in personal sniping, I have always tried to express my opinion respectfully, and to present arguments rationally and with facts, while trying to answer opposing viewpoints with understanding and openness.

Heh.. Thats the problem with the word “Conservative”. And thats the problem with using it to define who we are. It can mean anything and nothing. People can use it to “group” folks together that shouldn’t be grouped together or mislead and obfuscate.
This site has always been a site dedicated to the principles of limited government. The actions of “freepers” today and the “bashing” of Romney and other RINOs is consistent with the principles of fighting for limited government.
You can choose to define “conservative” however the friggen hell you want to, but that doesn’t mean we have to adjust our principles to align with your definition.
Sorry man, RINOs are an endangered species and we intend to wipe them out completely.

That’s not true. Not everyone here agrees with every word of Jim’s platform perfectly. But all who mostly agree are welcome. There are Jews, atheists, and libertarians here. Even people who thought they were liberals but are realizing they might not be are here.
