Ok. I’ve got to ask. Where, exactly, did I say you were a blogger? This is now the second post to me from you where I have no idea what you’re referring to.
Care to try again?

Too bad the American Conservative Union doesn't rate mayors' and governors' lifetime conservative ratings, as
it does members of Congress. Not that FReepers would ever agree on how high a percentage (90%? 80%?) qualifies one as a bona fide conservative, however.

Oh crap. Nevermind, pissant. I think I get it (having a blonde afternoon, apparently).
Next time, could you post your own comment along with the text of the post you’re pasting, so those of us that only read what you’ve posted don’t assume it’s coming from you.
Sorry. You know what I mean...right?

I personally have been unscathed. Overall I’m probably more conservative in many ways than most people I know, but I’m also quite pragmatic at times. (FYI McCain was NOT the smart, pragmatic choice but I digress...)

FR isn't a conservative site. Hasn't been for a long time. It's a JimRob fan site. And yet here you are.

I’m with you. Any Republican is far superior to any Democrat and I’ll take any victory anywhere I can get it—no matter how small. Anytime a RAT is thrown out of office, it’s a victory.

(FYI McCain was NOT the smart, pragmatic choice but I digress...) In general, it seems like being "pragmatic" equates to being willing to give up on your principles "just a little". And then later, you give up just a little more.... until eventually you've lost all your freedom.
