Probably a third of them nodded off. After running like maniacs all day every day, (long days!), you put kadets into soft theater seats, with no demands, no one shouting etc, they will just naturally nod off.

I listened to part of it on the radio...kept thinking how awful it must have been to be one of his students (you know, back when he was a big shot “constitutional law professor”)...he is SO pedantic and SO repetitive and SO uninspiring. He prolly put dozens of students to sleep on any given day. How the hell did this guy get a reputation as a great speaker?
