Is that the same video where Cheney did not call for any objection
as required under US Code?

I submit the following from the archives. First, listen to the rules as set forth by Cheney in the first 90 seconds, then jump forward to 26 minutes once the states are counted:

3 USC Sec. 15 01/03/2007
TITLE 3 - THE PRESIDENT CHAPTER 1 - PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS AND VACANCIES
Sec. 15. Counting electoral votes in Congress

"Upon such reading of any such certificate or paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any. "...

>> of Office to Obama.

Is that the same video where Chief Justice Roberts "misquoted" the Oath of Office on Jan 20 — which Obama repeatedOR is it a long-lost video of the SECOND Oath of Office re-administered on Jan 21, which was non-public (and performed without the Bible as has been tradition since George Washington) ...

Please clarify ...

I’m sorry, I am not willing to buy into the theory that Dick Cheney intentionally failed to call for objections and that not a single Republican member of the House and Senate was prohibited from objecting to the certification of the election.

And, I do not believe that Chief Justice Roberts intentionally botched the Oath of Office. If Roberts had not wanted to deliver the Oath of Office, he could have refused to do the honors.
