Notice that it is a Kenyan historian that states Barack Obama is a Kenyan citizen and Luo tribe member from BIRTH!
US Natural Born citizen = US Citizen + US Allegiance + US Jurisdiction
Obama is a British subject, allegiance to the British Crown, under the British Nationality Act of 1948
Remember this was done BEFORE the election, but after numerous requests during the primary for Barack Hussein Obama to PROVE his eligibility per the United States Constitution. After the election the Kenyan Parliment stated the following;

Wow, it was just a few months ago that "birthers" were claiming that it was illegal for Americans to travel to Pakistan in 1981 and now Americans were urged to stay away. What has changed?
As for myself, I have lived, worked in and travelled to at least a dozen countries where there was a State Department travel warning issued. Does that fact make me less of an American and could you point to to the place in the Constitution that prohibits a person who has travelled to a dangerous place from being president?

Thus if those pursuing the case against Obama prove their allegation in a court of law, President Obama would have to pay all of the plaintiff's and government's legal fees.
And of those pursuing the case against Obama fail to prove their case, those plaintiffs would have to pay the legal fees of Obama and the government.
Are you a conservative that believes in tort reform, including a system of "Loser Pays?"
And while all of you assertions against Obama may be true, none are violations of Article II of the Constitution nor are any what could be considered high crimes or misdemeanors

As I have said several times on this thread, I would support state or federal legislation that would require ALL presidential candidates to produce a birth certificate, college transcripts and full medical records prior to having their name placed on a ballot.
However, I am confused as to why so many here are interested in viewing Obama’s passport file.
What would one expect to find in a State Department passport file?

Well, considering that Jeannette Rankin was elected to Congress prior to the 19th Amendment being passed, it would be obvious that he 19th had nothing to do with women holding national public office.
And Article I does not seem to specify that a member of the House or Senate must be male.
Actually, if you would have read my post you would have seen that I stated that I never said that Obama was honest.
However, can think of very few if any political office holders who are honest.
Now, why is it that only certain presidents should be made to produce such documentation?

Instead, all I have done is ask people to support the claim that Obama once "proudly touted his Kenyan birth."
And I have proposed that laws be passed that would require all future presidential candidates produce their birth certificate. college transcript and full medical records before having their names placed on the ballot.
