This was a very good thing to do. To establish a relationship with Mr. Graham, gain a bit of his wisdom, spiritually mentorship and keep herself in the media spotlight.

It’s good to see Mr. Graham again too.

Muzzle_em, I can agree with you more, I grew up in a Republican household and have lived politics since I can remember. I do not consider myself a republican any longer...it is a party that has lost it’s moral foundation and is not united by common values anylonger.

One wonders how much platform division the Republican Party can withstand before it cannot be considered a party any longer?

I consider myself a Constitutional conservative now.

I have several friends who call themselves liberal, but in talking with them I find that like those of us who are very conservative, what they REALLY want is to be left alone and LESS government intrusion into their lives. I think they consider it cool and hip to have the “liberal” label.

THey tend to vote with the dems because they buy into the dem message that conservatives are dangerous and want to control their lives when in fact it is the dems who wish to do that.

THe past 2 elections, hubby and I were to the point of really not wanting to go vote because we felt like our values are not represented, but it was NECESSARY to vote against “the evil ONE.”

Also, I’m from Ga. and did vote for Zell. Sam Nunn also. THose are the only times I have voted for dems.
