Lets be honest here, this is not about bringing more Arabs into the CIA, this is about bringing more Muslims into the fold. This is about our government agencies bowing down to Muslims and Islam, just like the Labour Party does in the UK. I am sure that Muslims who want to destroy life as we know it, would never think of taking this invitation and infiltrate the CIA. Nah, that could never happen.

Sura (5:33) - "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement"
Sura (8:12) - "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them"
Sura (8:39) - "And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah"
Sura (8:57) - "If thou comest on them in the war, deal with them so as to strike fear in those who are behind them, that haply they may remember."
Sura (9:14) - "Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace..."
Sura (9:29) - "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, even if they are of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."
Sura (9:30) - "And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!"
Sura (9:123) - "O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness."
Sura (47:4) - "So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them, then make them prisoners,"
Sura (61:4) - "Surely Allah loves those who fight in His way"
Sura (66:9) - "O Prophet! Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be stern with them. Hell will be their home, a hapless journey's end
From the Hadith:
Muslim (1:33) - the Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah
Bukhari (8:387) - Allah's Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’”
Tabari 7:97 The morning after the murder of Ashraf, the Prophet declared, "Kill any Jew who falls under your power."
Ibn Ishaq: 327 - “Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.’”
Ibn Ishaq: 992 - "Fight everyone in the way of Allah and kill those who disbelieve in Allah."
The Koran and hadiths are replete with examples of Muhammad's barbaric behavior. Robert Spencer does a good job here explaining Islam - Blogging the Qur’an Start at the bottom.
Of course the bad guys will use this route.
However, truly, not all Americans of Arab descent are evil. And we need those who can blend in, who know the customs and the language, who are patriotic Americans, who will work for their country.
The hard part is dividing one from the other.
I refuse to believe that our intelligence agencies can’t do that, if they are only allowed to toss political correctness.
We can’t send farmboys from the heartland, or city boys from the streets, in among the jihadis.
You need to recruit people with arabic and farsi and pashto skills. If you don’t have someone on staff who actually knows the middle east, you’re hurting.
But, there is a “but”. CIA people have to be loyal, really loyal, Americans because they are in a position to do a lot of damage if they aren’t.
So recruit people who are fluent in the various languages, great idea, but pay attention to what it is they believe in. If they believe in Jefferson, great. If they believe in the Ummah, and the Caliphate, and Sharia, and all the rest, you might want to take another look at Major Hasan and ask if thats what you want on your record.
Bring Muslims into the fold with backfire, just like in the UK.

The CIA is not going to build a workforce capable of infiltrating, engaging, and understanding foreign cultures if it limits its recruiting pool to white male Protestants.

I am white and under Islam and their culture very well. How about they do some actual research? We are heading down the same road as the UK, Muslims in positions of power is not the answer.
We got ‘em in the FBI. We got ‘em in the military. We got ‘em in the white house. Might as well have ‘em in the CIA.

All right. Go join the CIA. Go be a case officer in Saudi Arabia or Indonesia or Nigeria. Use your understanding of all things Islam to convince a Syrian military officer that he should risk torture and execution by spying for you. Spend 19 hours in a listening post translating everything you hear--be sure you get the accents, intonation, and slang exactly correct. Convince a high-ranking ISI officer that it's in his country's best interest to cooperate with the CIA, even as the US government winds down the war on terror. Pretend to be a Bangladeshi carpenter in Riyadh and plant some listening devices in a hotel.
Field work doesn't suit you? Maybe you could be an analyst, with your vast understanding of Islamic culture. Spend eight hours a day watching Iranian TV, and then write a report on it. Describe the process of radicalization in Somalia, using nothing more than taped interviews. Advise the US Armed Forces on how small units should comport themselves among rural Iraqis so as to maximize the counterinsurgency effects of their operations, particularly when crossing tribal boundaries.

The post is about “Arab-Americans,” so I mentioned “Americans of Arab descent.” That’s not, as you put it, “crap.”
Try reading, or, better yet, thinking.
You also might want to realize that if we do not end Muslim immigration and continue to cater to them, in the end nothing that happens overseas will matter. Because we will eventually lose, as Islam is spreading across America. We are heading down the same road as the UK. But you continue to act like the war is only overseas. Good thinking.
