Holder doesn’t rule the law....he cannot Guarantee conviction.

To guarantee Conviction would be Violating the rights of the Accused in a court of American Law.

How can he make statements like he has made without due process ?
The guy is an Obama clone.....his job has gone to his head.....and its a big head.

This is thier back door to putting the Bush administration on trial. This is not about these animals. They are hell bent on once again making America the bad guy and how zero is going to fix it all in the eyes of the world. These despicable humans in DC are just as much the animal as the real animals in this. THIS IS OR COMMANDER AND CHIEF?

Not only Holder. The President came out today and said the same thing. If I remember right, cases in civil courts are getting thrown out all over the place for that very thing.

Actually, his statements does not harm the case. Now if the judge guaranteed conviction that would be a different story.

I think I’m right but I’m not a lawyer. Actually the fact that I don’t think proves I’m not a lawyer.

Is not the president a judge, in a way. After all he can pardon him if he wants to.
