David Brooks is New York Times RINO who likes to hear his fat lips flap. Roll he, Peggy Noonan, Kathleen Parker and a dozen others into a nice, tight ball and roll them down the lane. They have the sense of a bowling ball, they might as well be treated like one.... Liberal DUPES.

Remind me of the last time someone became President by winning a primary. There’s a general election coming, and no matter what may be believed and said here, there is no way she gets a majority in a general. Maybe a plurality if there is a third party candidate from the left, but not a majority in a two man race. She has become, whether by her own fault or media vilification, the next Dan Quayle.

You are right and they KNOW it - that’s why the spin has been in since she came on the scene! He’s not talking reality, just speaking his pipe dream.

Is that like a TV show or something?

Program? I thought TVs were what you ran DVDs on, you mean there are still old fashioned programs running?

David Brooks has this crotch thing. He spoke about in reference to “the dignity code”: “I sat next to a Republican senator once at dinner and he had his hand on my inner thigh the whole time. I was like, ehh, get me out of here.”

Um do you suppose that Brooks could have stabbed that hand with a fork and said something like, “Get your hand off my crotch!” Nope. He just sat there “the whole time.”

Well “Dave” I am 70 years old, never heard of you, gee and I still am able to sleep soundly every night, but I sure have heard of and admire this lovely woman Sarah Palin.

Maybe you should get a life outside of admiring your own self importance. Until then, if ever, you opinions are aa meaningless just as the current squatter in the Whitehouse.

He may make your leg tingle, but he only makes me want to puke. You have not reached that point yet. Until today I could have passed you on the street and you would just be another face.

“I’d like an honest answer why Brooks so hates Palin.”

Here’s why:

Because Palin is female and straight.

Remember when David Brooks complained about male Senators keeping their “hand on his thigh” during entire dinners?

He’s queer as a 3-dollar bill, and gays are obligated to hate Palin and Carrie Prejean. They have no choice.

Sometimes homosexuals, like DAVID BROOKS, say things without realizing they just “outed” themselves.

David Brooks: “Oh, I’ve had dinners where Republican senators had their hands on my thigh under the table the whole time! For like 2 hours! Republicans are soooo gay!”

Thanks for the tip Nancy.

Take three parts jealousy, mix in four parts envy and a dash of raw hatred (the fresher the better) and a full douche bag, shake well, then let it stew for over a year and you have the recipe for creating a David Brooks.

Good Question. Why do all you Freepers, etc. worry what a David Brooks type says or thinks. His impact is zero, just like MNBC, Time magazine, Newsweek Magazine, Politico, etc. Now, I admit they have their following probably in the thousands, but Ms. Palin has followers that number in the millions. Forget penning anything about David Brooks, he is a never was and always will be!!!

There appears to be some sort of an echo (pun intended) of the split in 1964 between the Rockefeller Republicans and the Goldwater Republicans. Nelson Rockefeller, the N.Y. Governor at the time, was the choice of the moderate i.e. liberal Republican segment of the party. At that time there was very little or no difference between Rockefeller Republicans and Democrats.

Goldwater, of course, was the first truly ideologically conservative Republican candidate for president. Goldwater won the nomination but lost the presidency partly due to the aftermath of the Kennedy assassination and also to the failure of the liberal sector of the party to support him. Goldwater also opposed passage of the 1964 Civil Rights bill which drastically lowered the numbers of Aframs voting for him. It wasn't until Reagan was elected in 1980 that a truly conservative Pubbie entered the White House. Now it seems we have a repeat of that 1964 fight.

Brooks in 2006...talking about Obama:

“I remember distinctly an image of–we were sitting on his couches, and I was looking at his pant leg and his perfectly creased pant,” Brooks says, “and I’m thinking, a) he’s going to be president and b) he’ll be a very good president.”

Yawn, they really need to get a new playbook.

I've noticed they get really upset when we use their playbook against them. They can dish it out, but can't take it.

Roll he, Peggy Noonan, Kathleen Parker and a dozen others into a nice, tight ball and roll them down the lane.

With these 3 as its core, this bowling ball would leave a 5-7-10 split every time it hit the pocket.

For those of you unfamiliar with bowling, this is the most embarrassing split for a bowler to leave. It usually means you have "no ball". I recall those few embarrassing moments when I left that split, after pulling my shot into the oil without lifting the ball properly. The lack of volume from the pins is bad enough, and the sight of those three pins standing gets the attention of all bowlers within 10 lanes to your left and right, followed by a derisive "cheer" from many.

If I were still bowling, I'd rename it the "Obama split".
