Just a ZOT on Romney and Palin: Is there a Trig Truther Story on The Horizon?
http://thomasalamb.blogspot.com ^ | November 14, 2009 | Tom Lamb

Posted on 11/14/2009 5:18:09 PM PST by theanchoragedailyruse

I received an e-mail from a very reliable source here in Alaska that there may be a story about to break on Sarah Palin's son Trig. The source received a hand written letter in the mail with the following statements:

Get word to S.P. Mitt R. paid off They have photos, copies + signed statement RE: Trig

Now I have to question who would have such information? And would the information be manufactured?

And now for my hunch if the information in the letter is true on Romney..

With Palin's book coming out in a few days and who she has attacked, I would venture to say, if Romney has info on Palin, it came from McCain staffers who are outed in Palin's book and are part of Romney's campaign.

And if the info in the letter is true, then it would put Palin in the same position as Obama is in with his birth certificate.

When you study Palin and Obama, you have two political figures who have the same charisma with their base. And you have those who have come out calling for Obama to produce his birth certificate. The same request would be levied against Palin.

Having seen Mccain's operatives pull their shenanigan's in West Virgina between Huckabee and Romney and what they did to Romney in Florida, it would not surprise me that ex McCain staffers that moved to Romney's camp, would pull a stunt like this.

If a story does break on Trigg and Palin, then it is by design...

You mean the old rumor that Trig is really Bristol’s baby and Sarah pretended to be pregnant in order to protect Bristol?

I thought that was over when Sarah’s doctor at Mat-Su claimed to have delivered Trig. So the doctor might be part of a conspiracy?

My problem with comparing this to zerobama and his birth certificate is this:

Assume for a moment that it is true that Sarah falsely claimed to be pregnant to protect her daughter. That would make her a liar.

Assume for a moment that it is true that zerobama’s long-form birth certificate in Hawaii proves that he was not born in the United States. That would not only make him a liar, it would make him constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS. That’s far worse.

It’s really pathetic for ANYONE to go after an innocent baby. No one suggests that Malia or Sasha is not Obama’s kids, yet some think it’s OK to make up lies about Trig Palin. He is an innocent baby. Imagine how Sarah must have felt to have idiots saying that she never gave birth to her own baby. That must have been the most hurtful thing she has ever heard

Maybe we should ask that Republican expert on female reproduction, Andrew Sullivan, what his opinion is on this development. :)

There are some sick people out there in GOP land.

Won't work. Romney is a PROVEN backstabber of Gov. Palin and her children.

Who wants a candidate that attacks others onto handicapped children for himself?

There should be plenty of data to document that Trig is her son. This has to be slander at the least and outright malicious lies more than likely.

It doesn’t take a medical degree to know that children are at higher risk of down syndrome when the mother is over 40. I used to babysit these two kids, the mother was 41 when she gave birth to her son, he was born with down syndrome. We know a doctor who is an OB-GYN, told us that he has never ever seen a pregnant teenager ever give birth to a baby with down syndrome. Women who are over 40 are at higher risk then younger women. Unless there is a family history of down syndrome. Sarah’s sister Heather has a child who is autistic, no one suggests that he is not her son. This entire thing is just ridiculous and really sad that this is what has happened to our society, picking on an innocent baby, its SICK!

Girls Bristol’s age simply don’t have children with Down’s, whereas the opposite is true for Sarah.
.
Simply a fabrication (and a wish).

Attacking the children of others' does not belong in the GOP,
even if it is present in the Romney's keep.

"Despite outspending his rivals by huge margins throughout the primaries,
(Mitt Romney, Carpetbagger UT,CA,MA,NH,Mexico) lost Iowa, South Carolina, Florida and California.
The only primaries he won were in Michigan, where Dad was governor; LDS states;
and a few states on Super Tuesday in which his California-obsessed rivals
couldn't spare the cash to advertise.
Only John Connolly in 1968 had a worse cash-to-delegates ratio.
And John McCain rightly did not like Romney's tactics during the primaries.
(W)hen (Romney's early leads) started slipping away, he resorted to unfair,
distorted, scorched-earth negative ads, betting that his opponents couldn't
afford to spend enough for the truth to catch up to his charges."

"Mitt Romney wasn’t born on American soil"

He was born in Detroit. His old man, George Romney, was born in Mexico, or someplace in Central/South America.

There is NO story regarding Trig here.

What there is, are ex-McCain staffers who know they have no future with Palin who are hoping to discredit her so that Romney’s stary will rise, as he may just be dumb enough to hire them .

Follow the money. When it’s Rs’ going after R’s, it’s not ideology. It’s money.
