No American would.>>>>>>>>>>>

Agreed.

Why should an American do so. Without that genuine reationship which is so distinctly Japanese?

( To get something)

Thats what the bow means looking at it from the Japanese point of view.It is dishonorable. An imposition of burgeoning political correctness, the method that neo fascists use to control situations. It may work in the USA with the socialistas, but hardly in Japan. The fact that Obama would do so makes him a "neo-colonialist." A man with an exploitive plan, while thinking his posturing disguises his method. Its like a pig trying to hide behind a bamboo pole, thinking no one can see him. To the Japanese he is so apparently dishonorable.

From the American point of view, we bow to no man. We are free, and it shows.Thats why I agree with you.

And where did THAT come from? Men like Samual Adams, Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson, but before that we as Americans learned that freedom in part from native Americans, who bowed to no man. As refugees from Europe, very few of us brought it with us back then.

Thank you for all your insight into this culture.

Make’s 0’s actions all the more reprehensible,
adding more danger to the combustible pile of terror
he’s inciting with his purposeful weakness, appeasing
and deviant anti-Americanism.

Dear Lord, cover our brave military with Your
guidance and protection and neutralize the insanity
wrought by this demon.

He is to me as well. Obama has no clue.

That guy Rachel Maddow, along with Olbermann, Chris Matthews and all the rotten rest, will somehow try their darndest to spin this thing in Zero's favor the liberal, apologetic way this weekend or early next week. But not if I have anything to do with it and find some good local source Japanese-language big media which writes the guy up precisely as you have described him, written with even the least bit of disdain or ridicule over this ludicrous kowtow at the Imperial Palace earlier today.

Prediction: if the PR heat gets a little too hot, they will search like the dickens for some Professor of Japanese Culture back in the states, (who was a big Obama donor on top of it) to provide the obligatory "specialist's" input indicating that the bow was appropriate and nothing out of the ordinary.
