I thought optimal was in the 20 something range.
My results are in the file, not going to go hunt them up per time issue.

My levels were 11. something obviously not good.

As I already posted KV and I both take V D3 and doc just bumped me up to 2000 as winter sets in.

PNW not enough sun is per usual.

Global,
The “normal” range on blood tests starts at 20.
Optimum is at least 50, if not 60. Taking 2,000
IU is good, but I doubt it will bump you up
to the optimum range.
