Heard word this morning that Supermax emptied 5 more beds last week, bringing the total to 45 empty beds. That is absolutely the first stop for all those the DOJ has decided to prosecute in federal court and should alarm every America.

Those that know me know I am no fan of Senator Lindsey Graham. Yet he made a sincere attempt last week to force a vote in the Senate on his amendment that would have forced Obama to prosecute the 9/11 conspirators by Military Commission. 54 cowards voted to table the amendment rather than vote against it and have to explain it to their constituents.
