The use of the presidential seal(logo) is a privilege reserved for only the US Presidents. It's use is an American tradition
President Obama has used his own "Obama" Logo instead for everything.
The U.S. flag was replaced for the "Obama" logo on his campaign jet.
One of the worst things that could happen with the Obama Logo is for it to be used against him and it started to spread.(from author, video)
Given his governance, It’s apparent it’s just an updated version of the Swastika.
Very interesting, and he is right. The LOL thing would sting if it caught on.
