Is it not strange that it took CIVILIAN law enforcement personnel to end an attack on a MILITARY base? Why aren't`t the USA military base personnel armed as the Israeli miitary is armed on their bases? We are both at war against the same enemy. Why don`t we use identical tactics?

After this tragedy, the law abiding troops will have even more restrictions placed on their ownership, storage and use of personal weapons. Then the brass will say that they have taken steps to reduce the likelihood of that tragedy happening againg.
