The other networks were following the White House admonition not to cover it.

CNN assembled a crack team of political commentators to discuss things as the night progressed, as most news programs will do. CNN’s team consisted of James Carville, Ben Stein, and Jesse Ventura. I was stuck in a hotel room in North Carolina with no other news channels available. My forehead still hurts from pounding it on the desk.

I was disappointed with FOX last night, I missed Michael Baronne. FOX seemed to step all over themselves trying not to make a call in NJ when the vote count was at 75% and Christie continued his 100M vote lead. They kept saying this was real close and could go on all night. Pretty weak.

The Fox News success story has got to be driving the Obama administration out of its mind.
Listened to the NPR news at 4:00 on my commute home. They said about ten words on the election. Later on in the hour they said a little bit more, emphasizing that the defeats do not reflect on Obama and mentioning that Hoffman in New York was backed by Palin.
