I suppose it will happen some day — and maybe today is the day. But telemedicine has been “about to happen” for at least 15 years. I see it like solar power and wind power — the best thing ever, really gonna hit the big time ... in just a few more years ...

Its used every day. Mostly in sparsly populated areas but also by some specialists who draw in patients from around the country without the travel.
