Words cannot even begin to describe how horrified, disgusted, and angry I am about this.

Good question. As far as I can tell, Muzzammil Hassan is still being held in the Erie County Holding Center in Buffalo, having been arraigned for murder in the stabbing and beheading of his wife, Aasiya less than a year ago.
