Typical Liberal People maneuver, that's all. I've been looking at internals of recent polls and all over the web on blogs that are doing the same. The consensus is that the DeDe votes will break 2-1 or Hoffman and the hard core KoolAid drinkers who will vote for DeDe anyway are just going to siphon off votes that would have gone to Owens.
The real numbers I'll be looking for will be by what % does Hoffman win ad what % of the vote will DeDe still get. There could be a Schadenfreude in there somewhere.

We hold this betrayal to be self-evident...

What of Scozzafava’s commitment?
No big loss. Her mom wouldn't have voted for Hoffman anyway.
No surprise there. The question is how many will cross over and vote for Owens and how many will just stay home.

If I lived in the district and was registered to vote there, I might have written in someone. But I don't live in the district.
But then, neither does Doug Hoffman.
Well, Scuzza could lay the “thoughtfully encouraging her supporters to support Owens” to rest in a moment by publicly denying it. Has she?
How does it feel to back a quitter?
The commitment to support the Republican nominee?
Doug Hoffman backed her, not me.
LOL, The fish rots from the head they say, there are a lot of republicans, such as Newt "the Turd", that agree with her.
Remember that before her GOP godmather got her the nod, her Union biggie husband sounded out the Dims about running her.

Well, I certainly wouldn’t put it past her, but keep in mind that this is an extreme left-wing paper that condemns Hoffman as an “ideologue” and endorses the Democrat. That little comment is slipped in as part of their endorsement.
So, it’s just possible that they are lying. Between one scum and the other, who knows what the real story is?
The commitment to her own party. Instead she shows her true colors by quietly telling her supporters to vote Democrat. She owes the Republican leadership who supported HER, and when she withdrew threw from the race, the party threw their support to Hoffman. There are a lot of things going on here......including the dirty trick she pulled to get the nomination to begin with. Harping on her cronies claims of a “pledge” is playing the part of useful idiot. You bought into the spin, admit it and move on.
