Maybe this idiot, Saramago, can say that to my face. He’ll be calling for God to protect him.

I guess this is what the libs love, attacking Christians. I wonder when he is going to say the same thing about the koran.

Whoever this clown is, he’ll be forgotten in a few years. The list of Nobel Literature winners is, for the most part, not exactly distinguished.

The list of non-winners (Tolstoy, Mark Twain, Chekhov, Ibsen, Zola, Henry James, etc.) stands in contrast to nonentity Nobel laureates like Salvatore Quasimodo, Halldor Laxness, and Frans Silanpaa.

Without the Bible there would be no Koran. So this dufus just implied that Islam is useless too; will the imams and ayatollahs denounce him?

Though sane people no longer take the Noble Prize seriously, we are no longer in a sane world.

There will be some who cannot think for themselves, who will figure that since he is a Noble Prize winner, he must know what he's talking about, therefore must be right.

Things are building rapidly.

Everyday that goes by, I'm listening for trumpet music.

Time is running out. Time to impact those around you.

Read this one from The Ignorant Fisherman:

"Obama and the Left-Lucifer's Wrecking Ball"

http://www.theignorantfishermen.com/2009/08/left-lucifers-wrecking-ball.html

I especially like this statement:

"when the laws of nature and of nature’s God are rejected, violated and trampled on, and when lawlessness and non-absolutism are sought in their stead, expect to reap the whirlwind of mass decadence, violence and anarchy (Psalm 11:3; Isa. 5:20; Rom. 1:18-32)."

With hateful idiots like this guy running about, I’m so blessed to not be of this world. He got his prize here, we get ours for eternity. Kinda shows who the real winner is.

The Bible is a handbook of bad morals.

It is also a handbook of good morals. A major portion of it tells the history of the Israelites - the good and the bad. Sure, it contains lessons about life - both positive (what to do) and negative (what not to do).

The ten commandments have both positive (Thou shalt) and negative (Thou shalt not) injunctions.
