That’s OK, when Alaska declares independence they’ll drill and mine where the oil and ores are. If the conus is lucky, they’ll be able to afford it.

Kudos for Gov. Parnell! Tell the feds that they can take their regulations and shove them.

OBOZO truly is Hate Filled, and clearly showed his Evil Character while campaigning with ODINGA during 2007 in KENYA when they burned down thousands of Christian Churches and burned ALIVE hundreds and thousands of the Christian congregants of those Churches......

What I would love to see, and I fully admit that it won’t happen yet, is for a state to assert its rights under the constitution. This federal land is on Alaska’s territory, and Alaska could choose to assert its authority. We have assumed since even before Justice John Marshall that federal law overrides state law, and Supreme Court decisions are supreme, when these are fictions. The state has the authority to nullify all federal law that is not constitutionally authorized. But the feds have the guns, so no one challenges its “authority.”
