I guess that’s okay because Protestants call their warts “Popes.”

Not ALL protestants, just the ones with poisonous anti-Catholic fetishes.

The vast, vast majority of Protestants do not hate the Catholic Church. It's that vanishingly-small minority who make all the noise and stink.

Saints are described in the following, all from the New Testament:

Who are the Saints?

One way to get at this question is to investigate which people the New Testament authors address as saints. When we do this, we discover that, overwhelmingly, living Christians on earth are called saints in the New Testament.

This passage sets the tone for the New Testament, especially Paul's letters. Living Christians at various churches or locations are called "saints":

Although I would encourage you to find Biblical references for your opinion on who are saints, I fear you will need to go to non-Godly sources.

But I await, and I’ll even let you use the Catholic bible with the Apocrypha.

You'll let me, eh?

LOL

None of that Lutheran analysis is in Revelations 5:8.

I mention that definition in parenthesis, as you know.

And, you know, you can’t find a single justification for your view of “saints” anywhere in your own Bible.

Just pathetic.

What you did was cite the admittedly-confused analysis of a Lutheran named Dr. Richard P. Bucher, who will not be able to locate sola Scriptura in the Bible.

No thanks, but I'll stick with the Church founded by Christ circa AD 33: the Catholic Church.

Just pathetic.

If you're trying out a new tagline, put me down for one "yes" vote.

Petronski, you are NEVER able to provide any Scriptural reference for your positions. You simply seem to think that all the Scripture shown to you means nothing.

Again, we are all awaiting a Scriptural justification for what a Catholic thinks a “saint” is. Apparently you are incapable of reading even your own Bible to inform and instruct others, or even to defend Catholicism’s view.

Pathetic.

Petronski, you are NEVER able to provide any Scriptural reference for your positions.

I'm still waiting for the Scriptural proof that I MUST rely on Scripture alone, rather than the Sacred Traditions and Sacred Scripture of the Church founded by Christ.

Expectations that I will limit myself to a false tradition of men (sola Scriptura) will be dashed every time.

Pathetic.

That's a leaner version. I vote "yes" for that one too.

I do not think that, by the way. The Scripture means everything.

It is your own personal interpretation of Scripture that means nothing to me.

To: All; Petronski

Folks, this is what the Catholic church offers YOU - a complete inability to use even their own Bible as a justification for their screwed up positions!

Petronski is “Exhibit A” for a total lack of Scriptural proof.

He can’t even crack open a Bible or visit a website to find help.

This, thanks to the Catholic church.

Folks, this is what "the Reformation" offers YOU - a complete inability to use even their own Bible as a justification for their screwed up positions, chiefly among them, sola Scriptura.

The irony must be lost on you that the tradition demanding "Scripture alone" is not found in Scripture.

Sometimes irony can by so damn ironic!
