Last week, an archived article from the Sunday, June 27, 2004 edition of the East African Standard headlined: “Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate” was unearthed.

The article began, “Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.”

The uncovering of this archive went viral on the Internet and could be found on blogs from coast to coast.

Another archived article surfaced last week from the Nov. 4, 2008 edition of the Nigerian Observer titled: “US Presidential Polls: Obama, McCain slug it out today.”

The article, by Soloman Osowata with Agency Reports, stated, “The Kenyan-born Senator will, however, face stiff competition from his Republican counterpart, John McCain who has taken the presidential battle to the finishing line with vigorous campaign strategies.”

More recently, the Oct. 11, 2009 edition of the Standard published an article questioning whether or not Obama deserved the Nobel Peace Prize.

The opening sentence in that article stated, “It seems Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America (via a sleepy village in Kenya called Nyang’oma K’Ogelo) can do no wrong.”

In light of these recent discoveries, Snopes.com has been surprisingly silent on the matter, as have other fact-checking websites. Snopes.com has aggressively debunked any and all questions about Obama’s birthplace, even going so far as to change archived information when the very left-leaning couple that runs Snopes.com realized certain posts contradicted other posts on their own website.

The November 2008 edition of the Organization of American Historians (OAH) Newsletter contained an editorial by Monica-Wanambisi Mwesel, a literature professor at the University of Nairobi, titled: “What Kenyans think about an Obama win.”

According to its website, the OAH, founded in 1907 as the Mississippi Valley Historical Association, “is the largest professional organization for the investigation, study and teaching of American History. It serves a membership of 11,000 college and university professors, high school teachers, students, archivists, public historians, and institutional subscribers such as libraries, museums, and history societies, as well as individual and institutional foreign members.”

The article, obviously published before the Nov. 4, 2008 election, stated, “Most Kenyans feel that, should Obama win, their lives will definitely improve … Many assume that by being connected to Kenya, Obama would be empowered to send vast amounts of U.S. aid to their country. Since graft and corruption are common to both the Islamic and the Democratic parties, certainly most of this money would go to the promotion of an Islamic state and then financing the conversion of other African states to Islam. Many assume that Obama will channel resources that will go a long way in improving the lives of the people.”

Mwesel mentions schools were renamed after Obama prior to his most recent visit with the hope of attracting funding, since it would be considered “a shame that a school named for a great American should be so dilapidated.”

She went on to say, “A widespread assumption is that, being a Kenyan, Obama understands the problems Kenyans face. Hence they expect more foreign aid from him. They wonder why they should stay poor while they have a Kenyan president of the U.S.”

Close to half of Kenyans, Mwesel said, dreaded the prospects of an Obama presidency and were fractured along ethnic lines, citing the Kikuyu tribe feared an Obama victory would boost the chances of Raila Odinga, a Luoccai like Obama, to ascend to the presidency.

Mwesel concluded, “It is therefore very clear that Senator Obama draws frenzied support from the Luo ethnic group of his ancestors, while many members of the rival Kikuyu group do not support him.”

In fact, Mwesel said the majority of the Kikuyu favored New York Senator Hillary Clinton during the Democratic primaries.

about Obama’s citizenship. The poll was started on July 28 and continues — you can go
here to vote. And lest you think that this survey is being conducted in a very anti-Obama
venue, the title of the article is Birthers, Beer and Stuck on ‘Stupidly’ — it is an
environment contemptuous of skeptics. So we can conclude that the results of their poll
are not what they were hoping for.

A scant five years ago, Barack Obama was a little known Illinois state politician, aspiring
to move up to the United States Senate. Undoubtedly, the Marxist handlers behind this
Manchurian candidate had long range plans to capture the US presidency since he was
groomed as a youth by Frank Marshall Davis. But the general public and the press were
not privy to this information.

At that time, there would have been no reason to fabricate a story about Obama’s birth

"Security Breach May Lead To Obama Natural Born Status
A series of 2008 security breaches at the US State Department may indicate that someone knows Barack Obama’s true status as a natural born citizen - and is waiting for the right time to reveal it. The breaches, which occurred on January 9, February 21 and March 14 of 2008, were done by two “low level” contractors and another in a mid-level position with no management role.
... An investigation of the incidents revealed that all three major presidential candidates - Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John McCain - had their passport files compromised.
... News of the security breaches prompted a statement from then-Senator Joseph Biden, who had not yet been chosen as Obama’s running mate. Biden, who was chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, had oversight of the Foreign Service and the passport office.

“I am deeply troubled that State Department contract employees sought access to Sen. Barack Obama’s passport files,” the statement from Biden read. “Firing or disciplining those responsible is an important first step. But we need to understand why these employees had access to this information in the first place, why they sought the information, and why it took over two months for this matter to come to light. ... On April 5, 2008, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Passport Services Ann Barrett resigned from her post after a credit card scheme using US passport date was uncovered by the security probe. State Department Spokesman Tom Casey told The Washington Times that 24-year-old Lieutenant Quarles Harris Jr. told federal authorities he obtained “passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State.”

From The Washington Times report:
The investigation began after Metropolitan Police on March 25 pulled over Mr. Harris in Southeast on suspicion that the windows of his vehicle were tinted too darkly.
After searching Mr. Harris and his vehicle, police found marijuana and 21 credit cards that were not issued in his name or the name of a female passenger with him. Police also found eight printouts of State Department passport applications, and four of the names on the applications matched four of the credit cards.
Upon questioning by agents from the U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Postal Service and State Department, Mr. Harris “admitted he obtained the passport information” from a State Department employee, court documents say.

Mr. Harris also said the fraud ring submitted credit-card applications using the names and “identifying information” of the persons listed on the passport applications, and that a postal service employee then would intercept the cards before they were delivered to the appropriate residences.
Then, on April 17, 2008, Lt. Harris was found fatally shot dead slumped over the steering wheel of his car in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast DC."

On April 8, 2008, Obama confessed to having taken a trip to Pakistan in 1981. Here is what Obama said - Jake Tapper was there:
"So when I speak about having lived in Indonesia for four years, having family that is impoverished in small villages in Africa --knowing the leaders is not important -- what I know is the people...I traveled to Pakistan when I was in college -- I knew what Sunni and Shia was [sic] before I joined the Senate Foreign Relations Committee."
... Much speculation has been made about what national passport Obama used when he traveled to Pakistan in 1981.
So Obama confessed to this trip two weeks after his passport was tampered with.

.... A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday. Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department's Criminal Investigations Division.
Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car."

The Washington Times reported April 5 that contractors for the State Department had improperly accessed passport information
for presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, which resulted in a series of firings that reached into the agency's top ranks."

I’d love to see Barack Hussein Dunham Obama Soetoro impeached and deported to Kenya, Indonesia or anywhere.

However, these articles don’t prove a thing. At best, they might warrant some follow up with the reporters who wrote the stories to find out where they got the impression that Obama was Kenyan born. I’d say the odds are about 99.8% that they would say they were mistaken and had simply assumed he was born in Kenya because his father was.

I highly doubt they will tell you they saw the secret, Kenyan birth certificate or had any other inside information about his birthplace.

Newspapers make mistakes every day.

The Federal Courts Are Committing Treason to the Constitution per Chief Justice John Marshall

Per the great U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall, the federal courts and judges are committing treason to the Constitution by not taking jurisdiction and getting to the merits in the various cases before them regarding the Article II eligibility clause question for Obama.

It is worth keeping in mind the words of U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall when he wrote in Cohens v. Virginia 19 US 264 (1821):

“It is most true that this Court will not take jurisdiction if it should not: but it is equally true, that it must take jurisdiction if it should. The judiciary cannot, as the legislature may, avoid a measure because it approaches the confines of the constitution. We cannot pass it by because it is doubtful. With whatever doubts, with whatever difficulties, a case may be attended, we must decide it, if it be brought before us. We have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given, than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be treason to the constitution. Questions may occur which we would gladly avoid; but we cannot avoid them. All we can do is, to exercise our best judgment, and conscientiously to perform our duty. In doing this, on the present occasion, we find this tribunal invested with appellate jurisdiction in all cases arising under the constitution and laws of the United States.
