I wonder how many of the mindless mouth pieces giving their commentary about the “wonderful, smart First Lady,” know that in 1993, Michelle Obama, was ordered by the Illinois Supreme Court to stop practicing law? The faux First Lady was ordered by the court; it was not her choice. (Click here). The records are sealed by the court so we don’t know why, but I am told by lawyers sending me email, it had to be something major for such drastic action.

WHAT DID SHE DO THAT in 1993 — AFTER only 4 YEARS — HER LICENSE to PRACTICE LAW WAS REVIEWED AND PUT ON INACTIVE by a DISCIPLINARY AGENCY?

What Is the ARDC? (this is NOT the Illinois Bar-where one can voluntarily be inactive) As our name implies, the ARDC is the agency of the Supreme Court of Illinois which registers attorneys and investigates complaints of misconduct filed against attorneys holding a license to practice law in Illinois.

Our principal purpose is to assist the Supreme Court to determine a lawyer’s fitness to practice law in Illinois. If a complaint is made that an attorney, licensed to practice law in Illinois, has engaged in illegal, unethical or dishonest conduct, we will investigate and, if warranted, bring formal disciplinary charges. The Supreme Court of Illinois will then ultimately decide if a lawyer should be censured (publicly rebuked), suspended (having the law license to practice either taken away for a certain period of time or placed on a probationary period) or disbarred (having the law license taken away indefinitely).

We cannot impose fines, imprison, obtain monetary damages, enforce remedies between the lawyer and client, or seek civil or criminal relief against a lawyer as part of the disciplinary process. We can affect only the lawyer’s ability to practice law in Illinois.

We are not funded by taxpayers’ money. We are funded entirely by the annual registration fees paid by attorneys authorized to practice law in Illinois.

Wait a minute, Are you joking? The article where I first found out about this also stated records were sealed so they could not find out why she was suspended. Hold on I am going to find the article. Why wouldn’t MO just file for inactive status as barak had done? Barack retires so he can’t be disbarred?

If this is correct, I must be missing something. The first two links go to pages with no names for the lawyer. And they don't say it's a disciplinary action, both pages say

Click on R & D to access any documents regarding this lawyer that are in Rules and Decisions. R & D contains all disciplinary opinions of the Supreme Court and most other Court orders and board reports issued since 1990.

When I click on the link to go to the documents, I get a list of lawyers. That list goes straight from Nowakowski to Obartuch with no names in between.

If you are an attorney and don’t have a job does not surprise me. Attorneys are leaches and parasites and have killed off so many hosts ( clients) that it is now starvation time. This could not have happened to a better bunch of creeps and one of the benefits is that the law herd is being thinned out and hopefully wiped out.

This is the original link to Michelle Obama’s court ordered suspension. When I went back her dates of getting her license and when it was suspended was there but no name. Then we searched ARDC and found the new page with the voluntary status. For sure Michelle did not get her license in 1899. That information below you posted is saying the person is dead or unable to perform their duties. When I clicked on Devvy’s link I placed here for you it took me to the ardc page but not the one I had saved the link for. It took off like wildfire when the story hit and that page was scrubbed.

If I find the actual page in my files I will post it. Atlasshrugs had a screen shot of one of the pages. Did you see that link?

The attorneys who work for me happen to be old school attorneys with quite a bit of compassion in them and a tremendous amount of natural talent . They are few and far between and it has taken me several decades to find them. They are also much, much older attorneys.

The rest are total sleaze bags and failures in progress professionally and as human beings.

With respect to the fact that the judge has read everything that is a total joke. He has read what he wanted in order to craft the opinion he wanted. He is assuming Orly does not have the muscle to go the distance so he writes this ridiculous opinion designed to give him brownie points.

The judge is all about power and he is amusing himself crushing the little people just for the sport. The legal system is known as the sport of kings. This is a saying that has existed for a long time. The reason is that losers and human failures become attorneys in order to toy with people's lives just for the sport and in order to accomplish absolutely nothing.

You know the harder you try to craft your arguments, the more you become the failure. This is a principle you should understand because you keep waking up every morning in worst shape than the day before. In the end your resentments will eat you alive and destroy you!
