And then what? We’re stuck with Biden? Would there be a special election? I haven’t heard a definite answer to this question.
If Obama is found to be ineligible, and Congress knew and is also guilty of treason, who takes office? Biden? If so, we’re not much better off than Oz himself. What would happen to the bills already passed? Would the be retracted because they were signed by an imposter? Someone uneligible to sign the bills? I would really like to hear from a Constitutional Law attorney for a detailed explanation as to what would happen.
That won’t matter. He either is of the opinion that Obama may be a fraud, and will allow discovery or not. A judge can justify his actions either way.

I can’t begin to describe it. I’m not a lawyer. Something having to do with some legal justification. It was supposed to be bad for Barry. It was supposed to give Carter a rationale for denying the motion to dismiss.

Agreed. People that think Biden is no better are completely missing the point that the entire gov’t would’ve just become catatonic with obama being REMOVED!!! Who gives a crap if king dunce biden is sitting in the chair, he won’t get a damn thing done. And I, for one, would be hugely greatful for THAT.
