A chapter on global warming in the soon to be released Superfreakonomics, sequel to the bestseller Freaknomics, has been leaked, and the left isn't happy about it.

Global warming doesn’t mean the whole globe is warming, only that some parts are warmer than others; what’s made it a more difficult sell lately is that those parts of the globe where the most people live have been getting colder for the last 3-4 years while the parts where machines have been charged with the duties to analyze such esoteric things have dumbly recorded and reported away the maximum and minimum values when paged from an equally dumb supermachine somewhere in the populated world.
Mind you, this data transmission comes from self-calibrating power-dependent boxes located near power sources in otherwise unapproachable locations but relied upon with the full faith and credit of their colonial masters.
Slaves leading slaves doing a master’s bidding and content to go on until sustenance is denied.
Can’t beat the production per manhour results.
