Interesting & I hope the states do it. I doubt my corrupt state will sadly.

Yeah right. And then the Federal Government threatens to strip a state of Federal funding, blah, blah, blah.. The usual extortion.
To: historyrepeatz
But.. There is that pesky thing called “legality”. The Constitutional (and otherwise)legality of Obamacare COULD conceivably end up in the courts for years. YEARS. So, load the SCOTUS with the socialists and quick, Dems!
To: kingattax
The article names four states (including Hawaii?), but if I remember correctly, more than thirty states might be willing to tell Obama to enforce his own laws, ‘cause they aren’t ours, and aren’t gonna be.
Alone, most states would collapse. Together, we might have the resources, agriculture, and manufacturing skills to collapse the marxist feds. I’m not advocating secession, just a firm, “Go away,” and the guts to blow out a few federal tires before, if necessary, working our way up. I very much doubt the military would come against us.
Hey, Tim (Pawlenty), you up for a fracas? [Doubtful, but I will try.]

At this point, Western States would be better off to tell the feds to go hang. Take back BLM land, Fed Forests, control of waters and mines, and open it all back up to put folks to work.
I guarantee there is more income to the states that way than any federal dollars currently being waved around.

California, New York, Minnesota, Washington and Oregon politicians, to just name a few would never say no to a good socialist takeover.

Most of you following 10th Amendment developments may have already seen this one since it was tagged. I missed it but want to add it for anyone else that may have missed it also. FYI, sheriff Mack is one of the good guys.
BTW, I discovered from the previous article I ~pinged~ that we are now known as "Tenthers". Sounds like something the kos kiddies might have come up with so it could be worse.

The National Sovereignty Symposium in Nebraska on January 16th will have Representatives from Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arizona, Nebraska, Montana, Washington, Iowa, and more are getting on board. We will network on ways to combine the power of the sovereign states to assert our constitutional power over the federal government. You are all welcome to join us.

Exactly. You can guarantee that there will be an “or else the state loses funding for it roads and Medicaid and everything else” clause. And there aren’t enough politicians who will the tell the government to stick it and then stop all forms of federal payments.

The Fed government is paid with our taxes. We can put more money into our states rather than the Fed.

We either stop this at the state level or we go down the toilet bowl of history. Americans can decide and they better decide while we still have a country left to rescue.

I actually like the label “Tenthers”.
I’ll wear it with pride.

Ayep. I have to assume this came from the libtards since one of their primary MO's is to stick labels on everything, especially things that give them heartburn. Which just happens to be about everything conservatives stand for. I gather it makes it easier to fling ad hominems at us: "you, YOU, YOU TENTHERS, I HATE YOU!!!" or something on that order. I often use the analogy of adolescents vs parents to describe the relationship. One doesn't need a program to follow the players in this drama.
