Sure it's kid-oriented formulaic and it's no "Up" but it's an entertaining film that adults and children will quite enjoy.
It will also make a great DVD gift for Christmas and for future reminiscing viewing.
It's "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs".

Well, I guess posting a link to your own blog is just as valid as posting a link to a CNN blog, as something to discuss. I should discuss things I have in my blog, which should help me get my hit counts up.
The movie has an entirely silly premise but under the circumstances is well-written, well-drawn and well-acted. Mrs. jimfree and I enjoyed the flick very much several weeks ago. Go for it!

Why not? To be fair I always give a warning so as not to offend. But this forum IS called Bloggers and personal.
I come on here and I find links to Blogs by other Bloggers I know and admire...to be sure. But they don’t contribute valuable commentary to FreeRepublic threads like I like to think I do. So why is okay that THEY can link to their Blog and I can’t?
And I do try to keep it rare. I only post links to my Blog one day a week and my Blog posts are long and a good read as I consider, not just quick paragraph. I do put effort into it is what I’m saying here.
Saw September Issue yesterday. Not bad. Very engrossing and well made.
