0bama is much too egotistical to do a self examination of any short-comings. In his mind, and those of his “posse” , he is sinking, not because he has made mistakes, is a certified communist and doesn't have a clue, but because everyone else is racist.

The uprising of We the People?
Guess he didn't think of that.

The link should be http://www.politicalvanguard.com/publisher64.html.
But that might not help. The site is a nightmare of Flash stuff that look mostly broken. If you are on a dialup or slower DSL link, you'll never get to it. Even on a reasonably high speed connection, expect long waits (several minutes perhaps).

I dub this “Most annoying website of the day”. Who hides a text article under a layer of very slowly loading flash animation?

I saw fruit flies, which got me thinking about how long the bananas had been sitting out.

4. An Olympic Size Miscalculation. - wasted a lot of prestige expecting to be awarded the Olympics based entirely on his holy presense.
3. Mis-underestimating the Opposition. - didn't think anyone would fight back about health care and then really pissed them off.
2. Never Give Up Control of the Document. - let Pelosi and Reid handle the Health Care Takeover instead of presenting Congress with a complete proposal (this is the same thing President Bush did with Social Security reform - have broad generalities but wanted Congress to actually write it).
1. Chasing Rabbits. - Too many big plans but doesn't complete any of them.
It's a pretty good article, but it shouldn't have had a direct link to the article instead of to the front page and then the page should have been text with some Flash for important animation (of which I saw none) instead of requiring an extremely long flash download to even see the article. Web design grade: F-minus-minus.

I don’t know where to post this but there is a poll now on AOL.com on Obamas performance and it shows people aren’t happy with him. Stop by and take the poll and make those numbers soar higher.

Add, for me:
6. Thinking a speech full of platitudes is going to fix something.
7. Sitting on his b*tt while small outposts are getting clobbered in Afghanistan, as he ponders his strategy...

I have been thinking of a bumper sticker that reads:
Don't blame me - I voted for the war hero!
To: ARepublicanForAllReasons
I’ve been fed up with the GOP so I didn’t vote this last year. But this Obama stuff reminds me of LBJ and the war-tinkering in Vietnam. My dad was there and he says they were never really turned loose to win. Now these 50-70 men outposts are exposed and I wonder what happens when the weather conditions prevent air support.

Jed Babbin, in Human Events recently wrote an article on this very theme titled "Lyndon Baines Obama".
It's available at Real Clear Politics, but it's in the archives. Click on Monday of this week to read it.
