That's not an unreasonable statement by the judge. Obama’s testimony is not needed. This case is primarily about documents and possibly testimony by witnesses who have info about his birth.

No subpoena for the president, no big deal.

I see it differently. If they are discussing witness testimony, that is a positive sign. We know the case has not been thrown out in 10 minutes like all others!

It may mean they've gotten past the "standing" and "jurisdiction" issues that were the basis of the motion to dismiss. If the court doesn't have jurisdiction, and/or the plaintiffs have no standing, why talk about what witness might be testifying at trial, since there would be no trial under those conditions?

I don’t think they allow teleprompters in the court room so most likely Obama’s teleprompter would not have to testify.

That means that if Obama cant remember being born then discovery will have to take place to find out where he was born. Looks like a good sign to me.

The fact that they’re talking about witnesses is a great sign! That may mean the judge is NOT planning on dismissing the case and is starting preparation for January trial. This could be excellent news! Still praying for the truth to be revealed though.

Couple that bit of info about possibly getting Obama to testify, and the hearing has been going on for most of the morning it doesn’t look good for the Obots.

Can a teleprompter have legal representation?

Dos a teleprompter need to be Natural born?

Can a single Kenyan decimate the US army in 12 months? Precedents will be set in this legal battlefield.

There was a tweet floating around that said they were in recess now. I’ve seen no other verification of that however.
