Biederman’s Deli is nestled in the foothills of the White Mts. of NH, in the small college town of Plymouth, NH. Its clientele is composed of many locals and college students during the year, except in the summer months when it’s only locals, mainly middle-aged. These folks don’t venture out much from the area, and many of them have not even been to Boston.
Is it an older or more recent establishment, and what is the general style and appearance of the deli, outside and inside? Surrounding businesses? Upscale, downscale, comfortable dive?
Is this a crowd that would be pleased or at least unoffended by counterculture-speak? Or, are they more into tradition?
Don’t mean to sound like I’m interrogating, lol, but these factors make for a good fit, one way or the other.
