Works for me.

Between yours and mine, I guess it would boil down to just which image is more evocative and effective with the particular patrons that Biederman’s Deli attracts currently, and wishes to attract in the future.

A somewhat retro, rhyming slogan that evokes midcentury or earlier, or a simpler one that uses colloquial language that could still be construed as retro, but more of a sixties-to-current sound and feel?

I honestly don’t know. SilvieWaldorfMD would, though.

Which better fits the mindset of the owners and patrons, SWMD? Which works with any current logo for the deli, or the (I assume) label for their microbrew?

Biederman’s Deli is nestled in the foothills of the White Mts. of NH, in the small college town of Plymouth, NH. Its clientele is composed of many locals and college students during the year, except in the summer months when it’s only locals, mainly middle-aged. These folks don’t venture out much from the area, and many of them have not even been to Boston.

I’m going to use variations of your slogan suggestions. The prize is a $50 gift certificate. This is a small town pub, and they just want to attract more clientele. If they use any of your slogans, I’ll send you $20 of that in the form of a money order — so I’ll get your mailing addresses later (should I win).

Thanks, y’all!
