Their marriage was a recognized marriage in Hawaii as it was a legal first marriage in Kenya. Surely you know that.

No I don't. What is the documentation for that statement? Likely all it would take is a line in a marriage log somewhere in Kenaya, but we haven't seen that any more than we've seen a long form Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth.
