It will never get this far..but Obama Jr, when faced with an argument that he can’t be President even if born in the US because his dad was a UK citizen and therefore that made him one.....can attack that marriage collaterally.
Go look at what was required of a Luo marriage. All the anectodotal evidence AS WELL AS info from the first wife who is still alive..shows that Obama Sr was already married.
You won’t be able to prove he wasn’t. This is not an American marriage with a divorce decree in a court of law.
this is a TRIBAL MARRIAGE in Kenya in the 60s...well probably 50s.
Get Kenyan official(s) to stipulate to the fact and prove that Obama Sr, was married. Otherwise, Hawaii or any other state is not going to take any action to nullify the marriage of a deceased couple and not without other compelling reasons to do so.
