Good grief, the marriage index means nothing when it comes to UK citizenship law because it was not a valid marriage.
How many times do you have to be told that a marriage is a contract. You can’t be a party to a marriage contract in Hawaii when you are already married. The marriage was VOID...NOT VOIDABLE. The marriage WAS VOID in Kenya. It was VOID in the UK. It was VOID in the US.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLAIM IT WAS A VALID MARRIAGE...then find out whether Obama would have had to register.
You could also set about trying to make the case that not all the steps were taken for a LUO marriage to take place. They were clearly married. It doesn’t take much to marry someone in the Luo tribe.
I have seen Kenyan cases where it revolved around a Judge declaring that not all steps were taken and the groom could go ahead and marry another wife. But to totally ignore the issue and pretend it doesn’t matter is just folly.
