A valid marriage in Kenya would be recognized in Hawaii. Don’t you know that?

I know it would, but how do we know that there was, at that time, a valid marriage in Kenya?

So you confirm that a valid marriage in Kenya would be recognized in Hawaii?

Then you need to look to what constitutes a valid marriage in Kenya. They accepted tribal marriages.

If you want to try to claim there never was a marriage I believe you will have a very difficult time doing so,...but go ahead and claim it wasn’t valid.
