You better start doing some reading into British law if you mean CITIZENSHIP...their marriage status is absolutely relevant Relevant to whether Junior was a British Citizen, not whether his father was. Assuming that BHO Sr is listed as the father, then his legal father was not a citizen at the time of his birth (or ever).
