Beck is not a conservative. He’s a libertarian (legalize abortion, drugs, etc) who likes to lump Repubs in with corrupt commies.
There are some RINOs out there who deserve that association. Snowe, Collins and the Guvernator to name three.
I watch Beck every chance I get, but I don’t regard him as any kind of a faithful ally in the conservative cause.
I fear he may well do as much or more harm than he helps.
Conservatives outnumber liberals 2-1, yet we have Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and total liberal domination of the country.
Beck’s “Republicans are just as bad” may well fracture the conservative movement more than it already is.
We have the numbers, but we can’t seem to rely on “conservatives” to defeat liberals. And Beck’s apathy toward Republicans/Democrats isn’t helping.
This is why I like Beck and Savage better than I like Limbaugh and Hannity. The latter 2 tend to be shameless apologist for the Republicans. Limbaugh and Hannity do point out enough criticisms of Republicans not to be thought of as Republican lap dogs, but certainly Beck and Savage are far more open and honest about the problems with the Republicans.
