It is groundless, it doesn't have the slightest documentation. Just birther fantasies and distortions. And this may be news to you, but there are far more people who don't buy into birther fantasies than those that do. It's not just me.

There is no “applicant”. The burden of proof is on the person wishing to prove something. As in, a lawyer making claims in court has the burden of proving them.

Silly me. And all this time I thought the Constitution actually had some requirements. Now that I know its merely recommendations, well that changes everything.
I’m with you. I don’t know who’s the better lawyer, but Orly Taitz has done more to keep the birth certificate issue on the front burner than all of the other 12 or 15 lawyers who brought suits earlier.
Maybe they were more polished, but she’s the bulldog. She has kept this issue alive, to the point where Obama has had to confront it in the media. Not everyone believes that Obama is a fraud, but mainly due to Orly, everyone knows that his birth is in question.
The leftists have even had to push a new word, “Birthers,” because of Orly. It’s like the word “swiftboat.” Both are leftist, Orwellian terms of abuse. Yet the Swift Boaters managed to sink Jean Kerri’s election chances, in spite of all those propaganda attacks on them.
I think the Birthers will do the same. You know that our Communist masters are worried when they have to invent and propagandize new words.

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.

What 2012 primaries? Someone who will violate one part of Art II, might very well decide the rest of it, plus amendments that modify it, would be OK as well.
