As Glenn Beck's popularity and ratings increase, so does the attention he's getting from the Obama-loving media. To be sure, most of the recent articles and news reports have been scathing, especially after his comment on FNC's "Fox & Friends" this summer about President Obama being a racist. Yet, despite the headline, "Mad Man: Is Glenn Beck Bad for America?", Time magazine's David Von Drehle actually managed to offer some positive insights to the man that is taking radio, the book industry, and cable news by storm.
I think it’s supposed to be a pun on ‘Mad Men’. It falls a bit short of cutting edge.
BUT.....the cover is great for Beck. Those who see his picture on the magazine rack will get curious, and maybe start watching his show. It's a big win for Beck.
“Time” has not been “Time” for many years. It has morphed into a born yesterday rag.
I’m sure most of the editors and columists were not even born back in the 50’s when the 5 missionaries were Martyred
by the Aucas in South America, January 8, 1956.
In her book “Through Gates of Splendor” by Elisabeth Elliot, the widow of Jim Elliot; there is a most memorable picture of Jim Elliot taking a “hydraulic snooze” reading a Time Magazine.
Would to God those magazines would return to factual and true reporting as they were in those “Times.”

Sometimes, the nature of your enemies just makes you more proud to be who you are. Good going, Glenn.
If they mean the TV series it is lost on me because I have never seen the show.
I think it is a cute picture.
He certainly hit a “NERVE”. This is a badge of honor, go Glenn!!!
