I don't know...sounds good to me ...but,I'm a retired chip-maker not a lawyer.
“Juan does seem to understand how to get around the immigration authorities. And seems very helpful”
LaRaza is right up there with Acorn in their ‘community scams’...the only service LaRaza provides for the ‘latino community’ is teaching them how to scam the US taxpayer. LaRaza operates on millions given them by congress and undoubtedly on some Mexican drug cartel ‘donations’...you sure don’t see them ever objecting to what is happening because of the spillover of organized crime from Mexico.
With the money they get from taxpaying US citizens they could provide medical care for their precious ‘migrants’.

But Robert Rector, a senior research fellow at the conservative Heritage Foundation and an expert on welfare and poverty said these community organizing networks “basically get paid to make noise” and “serve as a clearinghouse for moving government money around.”
Well, since no one seems to know how to build a good, durable, working guillotine anymore, perhaps lawsuit is an avenue. But I’m not ‘hope’ful it will ‘change’ the fifth column enemedia back into a fourth estate. I mean, when Jon Klein will lie boldly on air and force Lou Dobbs to repeat the lie, in order to try and cover for the pres_ _ent’s deception ...
“Im sorry, but Okeefe STILL looks like someone ready for a costume shindig! Anyone who buys him as a pimp is just, well, DUMB!!”
Perhaps, but how many pimps have you actually seen? Evidently the ACORN people have seen plenty of them as he passed their test...but then Acorners are not real bright are they?
Jon Stewart’s meltdown, screaming at the MSM for ignoring the ACORN story, was encouraging. Charlie Gibson being “caught” may help, too. (I can dream, can’t I?)
I was inncorrect in assuming they were still going out posing as the pimp and prostitute and going to these offices...If they were I believe they should stop because of the danger to themselves...I would not put it past anyone in those offices to harm them...That is what I meant that they should stop that portion of their investigation...
But I agree with you, that there is a whole lot more taped evidence that they have to release to the media and the public that has not been seen yet...
this is gonna be great if acorn tries to go to court the two should go for discovery and find out everything that BO did and what they do during elections. I say unto ACORN “go ahead make my day”
Ah, OK. I don't watch (American) TV. The only TV clip I downloaded was the one where Breitbart and Miss Giles were being interviewed by some clown on Fox that I didn't recognize, (Hannity?) the day before the San Bernadino tape was released.
This stuff is Pulitzer prize material and I hope they get one.
That, I haven't read. I read that they have 48 hours of videos of varying length.
I dont know why people keep saying they are done, they have said another one to be released in a few days.
A new video every day, it seems. May ACORN live in interesting times and they have come ...
ACORN is tied very closely with unions, ie. organized crime. They're doing a dangerous thing *releasing* the videos. Now that their faces are known, I would be watching the ACORN org chart for sudden differences in body temperature or employment status depending upon what is on the additional unreleased tapes.
For this generation, proof of communism is not salacious enough. The American people want something sleazy. Consider Charlie Gibson's quote when confronted By WLSAM's Don Wade with the ACORN story:
"Gibson: HAHAHAHAHA. HEHEHE. I didnt even know about it. Um. So, youve got me at a loss. I dont know. Uh. Uh. But my goodness, if its got everything including sleaziness in it, we should talk about it this morning."
My concern for the ACORN chain of command is somewhat limited...
They made their bed, now they have to lay (lie) in it...
