There is absolutely no way that ACORN or their supporters can claim that what is being shown in these videos is the work of "rogue" staffers. The pattern is too clear at too many different locations.

This Theresa woman is a rung or two up the ladder from the first few office lackeys we’ve seen.

Here’s Acorn’s defense.

If there were any collective regard for the truth in present-day American journalism (which there clearly is not), the young journalists responsible for this work would be Pulitzer Prize nominees. They'd be invited as guest speakers before the National Press Club and other prestigious journalism forums, and would be in great demand on the speech circuit.

The kind of double-think required to succeed in that field today is beyond my understanding. Charlie Gibson's comment that he hadn't heard about the Acorn tapes was literally terrifying. He told a radio show Tuesday morning that he wasn't familiar with the story — and it might be "just one you leave to the cables."

That last elitist comment was proof that he and others in the MSM are very much aware of the rot at Acorn and are ignoring it as not newsworthy. That's scary, folks!

But unfortunately, she is a flap-mouthed ditz, whose ramblings are so over the top, no one can believe them.

That’s fine. It reflects very poorly on ACORN/COI.

When the actors talked about bringing 12-13 year olds in from another country, supposedly because they neededa lot of money fast for a political campaign, Ms. Kaelke said, "You are going to need it for a lawyer!"

The preceding quote is from the Acorn response you posted. If, and I repeat, if that response is on the tape, and O'Keefe didn't include it, I would be disappointed in him, and would be inclined to skepticism with regard to the rest of the videos. But, remember, I said "if".
