The constitution is pretty clear on the issue. No, she is not eligible for Secretary of State.
Most senators don’t read the bills they sign and are ignorant of the constitution. We’ve heard statements from them about the first assertion, and I stand by my second assertion.
Any senator who reads this is free to offer evidence that they know the basics.
This is such an open and shut case. But unfortunately it is easily anticipated that the ruling will be in favor of Ms. Clinton. The law as written in the Constitution of the United States is clear enough for a 5-year old to understand but just watch these judges twist it around to their liking. Gotta love that New Unabridged Living Constitution that has become the law of the land.

The Dick, who toured Kenya with Barack in support of Odinga The Murderer, is very cleverly getting conservative talk show hosts to flack his book. Which, INMHO, is a very stupid move on the conservative hosts' part.
This enables Hillary to stay out of the line of fire, while preparing to annihilate whatever hopeless dweeb the RNC comes up with for 2012.
