B. Hussein Obama has ignored, violated and shredded the Constitution of the United States of America. He and he alone represents the biggest threat to our great nation. He is the head of a great snake that has wrapped itself around our country and is attempting to squeeze the liberty and the life out of it. There can be no more tolerance of this behavior from Dear Leader.
President Obama’s interference in the Chrysler bankruptcy proceedings is in direct violation of the fifth amendment to the Constitution. Obama used TARP as justification to intercede in the bankruptcy, despite the fact that TARP was created after the inception of the debts by Chrysler. The Treasury Department took the unconstitutional act of transferring assets from secured creditors to unsecured creditors (the UAW) despite the Fifth Amendment commanding that, however great the nation’s need, private property shall not be thus taken even for a wholly public use without just compensation. One might think that a Constitutional scholar like B. Hussein Obama would have known this, or, it could be that he just does not care.
