If O's vital records include a long form BC with hospital and MD witnessing his birth in HI, he is at least a citizen, but still not necessarily a natural born citizen due to O's claim of a non-bigamous marriage legal marriage between his parents and his admitted (claimed) dual citizenship at birth. Only a SCOTUS ruling can clear up O's NBC status. With a contemporaneous HI BC with an MD witness, any Kenyan or other BC would be virtually certain to be invalid.

If O's vital records show a non-hospital birth reported by a relative, he will still be legally proved to be a citizen, but not necessarily NBC, same as above, except that a challenge to the reported HI birth will have a far greater possibility of validity. That possibility will depend on forensic validation of alternative proofs of a non-HI birth.

Well maybe, they could be completely legit, he could have been born in Hawaii, yet still not be a natural born citizen. In fact, that is likely the case if the "in order" BC shows his father to be Barack Hussien Obama born in wherever it was, Kenya. Then the only thing left to prove, as a matter of fact rather than Constitutional meaning, would be that BHO Sr entered the US as a British and then Kenyan national, in 1959 and again around 1973 when he returned to Hawaii to give a speech, and oh yea meet his son.
