Obama, Hawaii and everyone else will ignore the subpoenas. The MSM will refuse to report.

What’s to keep him from replying, “We don’t have a BC for BHOII. He was born in Hawaii, as everyone knows”?

A District Court of the United States has no jurisdiction over a Consulate General of any country. This will be and should be ignored.

Isn't serving upon the consulate of a foreign country the equivalent of serving that consulate while he is actually IN that country? Also, doesn't some sort of diplomatic immmunity come into play here?

I'm not sure about this but actions like this one appear to be exercises in futility.

I though Berg v Obama died long ago when Judge Surrick dismissed it and the Supreme Court refused to take it up.

Let me take a guess this was filed by the “supreme Law” “private attorney general” who injected himself into Berg’s case...

That package was received in Seattle, WA on the 9th.
Was I right in thinking that #RE184168898US was a USPS tracking number?
